We’ve arranged interstate buses to take everyone to and from the venue. Some of you may be thinking of driving your own vehicles. To that, we say:

• Here’s why:
• The resort is outside city limits and requires safe, coordinated travel
• ANDCon is a company-hosted work event, not a retreat or holiday
• It takes place during official workdays
• The agenda is packed with engaging programs and team activities

✅ Only members of the organizing and support teams are permitted to use personal vehicles. Thanks for understanding—and please, don’t ask for exceptions.

Departure – Thursday, August 7

📍 Arrive at the office between 07:00 – 8:00 AM to check in with the organizing team.
🚌 Buses will depart promptly at 08:00 AM from the north side of the Mongolian National Circus.

Return – Saturday, August 9
🕑 We’ll be arriving back in the city in the afternoon around 2:00 PM.

Not ideal, but not awful either—classic summer unpredictability. Expect possible rain, maybe sunshine too. Basically: be ready for both.

Pack smart! Here’s a suggested checklist to help you come prepared:

• Warm clothing (it might rain or get chilly at night)
• Light summer clothing (just in case the sun decides to show up)
• Activewear & sneakers (you never know when you’ll be in a friendly match!)
• Personal hygiene items
• Shower essentials + slippers
• Battery-powered decorative lights (not flashlights, just cozy lights if you have them)
• Insect repellent (yep—nature comes with bugs)
• Your favorite snacks if you have any cravings

Be considerate when others are sleeping—keep noise low and lights off. If you’re sensitive to sound or light, consider bringing earplugs or a sleep mask.
